Some of the best Italian food is really simple.
A few fantastic ingredients presented in a straightforward manner.
One of our favourite dishes in late summer is a plate full of fresh figs from our garden, bread and Prosciutto Crudo. Cured Tuscan ham.
The sweetness of the figs goes together prefectly with the salty ham.
Serve it for lunch or as an antipasto for dinner.
